Storyline

A neighbor finds the tortured body of a Marine lance corporal, hanging in his garage; Gibbs and company investigate. When Gibbs and Tony seek to question a recently retired Marine, they find Fornell inside the retiree's home; Fornell says that the Marine is the FBI's key witness in a murder trial; McGee finds that Fornell's defendant is one of the most notorious criminals on the East Coast. Another Marine dies after enduring torture. The retiree-witness leads Gibbs and Fornell on a chase, then they question him again. Abby finds crucial evidence against the gangster; Fornell, Gibbs, and the gang connect the dots, and a confrontation takes place on a sidewalk and closes the case. Written by DocRushing

Don't mess with Gibbs
18 November 2008 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I cannot understand how anyone can possibly think that they are going to hide anything from Gibbs and his team. McGee has the ability to get into any database and find out what you are hiding, and Abby is just a whiz at the arcane.

The FBI is holding a witness, but that doesn't stop Gibbs from digging. He manages to find out what the FBI doesn't know, as well as what they do know.

Abs provides the evidence that the FBI needs, but it is too late as their witness has a short fuse.

The interaction between Tony and Ziva was really funny and better than I have seen before. I think I will be checking this show out a lot more.
