Storyline

NCIS director, Leon Vance, insists on taking personal charge of the Chicago shooting and disposal of his youth boxing mate Tyler. Gibbs worries seeing his team has taken over. There is no record that Tyler was ever was in Navy or USMC. Tony and the rest of the team are charged with guarding and questioning Tyler's sister, Tara Kole, as a potential crown witness against gang boss Joe Banks.
