Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Most people - especially law enforcement agents - would recognize the symbol for biohazard. A sheriff/police officer would never pick up a biohazard container, let alone open one up without first contacting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or some other similar agency.
