No sex, but it's revealed that the cult leader married a 15-year-old girl, had other brides of the same age, and abused younger teens when he was seventeen.

Emily is beaten up by the religious cult leader after revealing herself as an agent of the FBI. She's thrown against walls and breaks a mirror with her impact. Her face is shown with blood and bruises on it.

Several men are shot, some gunned down. One woman's shot accidentally through a window and dies immediately. Blood, but no gore.

Minimal profanity as always.

The whole entire time in the church is very frightening. Adults and children are seen crying when they think they've drunk poison. *spoiler* A girl is shown setting off a bomb.

The overall show can be intense because the investigators are constantly after murderers.
