Sheldon states that his IQ cannot be accurately measured by normal tests yet in his conversation with Penny in the stairwell, he states that he would have to lose 60 IQ points to be considered simply smart which affirms he does have a measurable IQ.

Sheldon is thrilled his mother sent him his old Nintendo 64 along with the memory card so they could pick up the game Super Mario 64 where he last left off. Though the Nintendo 64 did utilize a memory card, Super Mario 64 had an internal memory.
Sheldon also suggests that since he has three controllers he, Leonard and Leslie can all play. Super Mario 64 was a single player game.
Sheldon, being a stickler for accuracy would not have pronounced the term "Ye" as most modern people do. The supposed "y" is in fact a symbol called a thorn which represents the "th" sound, so 'Ye Olde Fish Shoppe' which people think is pronounced 'yee oldee fish shop' is in fact simply pronounced 'the old fish shop'.
Leonard tires hard to list his girlfriends, but never mentions the French girl with PhD in French Literature, who was mentioned by Sheldon in S2E1.
Sheldon states that the German Reinheitsgebot laws severely limited the availability of mead, but these purity laws only affected beer, not mead and the Reinheitsgebot laws were only in Bavaria, not the other German States (as there was no such country as Germany until 1871, but rather a loose confederation under the Holy Roman Empire).
Sheldon should have known this.
