Sex & Nudity

No sex scenes.

Breasts are seen a lot in this movie.

Women are frequently seen throughout the film in revealing garments (lingerie) that leave little or nothing to the imagination.

Violence & Gore

8/10 Adult content with frequent strong violence, but less than the previous two Hostel films or other horrors.

A young man gets his face cut off very disturbing

A young man gets shot with arrows some in the chest

A young woman is suffocated with cockroaches very sadistic

There is a fight between a prisoner and one of the torturers, both people are killed

Two men fight in a torture chamber in front of an audience, the loser dies from multiple stab wounds

There is a chase scene in a room filled with bodies, one of the bodies has its face cut in half with a cleaver

A man has a corkscrew driven through his hand by his girlfriend

One of the villains is captured by two of the dungeon survivors and imprisoned in a basement with a selection of power and garden tools. One of the survivors selects a strimmer and turns it on, aiming for the villain's face. The results are not shown, but a ceiling light is showered with blood and there is a great deal of screaming.

Every profane word ever is used at least once in this film.

There is a use of profanity in nearly every sentence.

People are drugged when drinking beer.

The Hostel series has become infamous for its violence level. It has been compared to the Saw series by numerous people.

However, it must be said that this entry into the series is incredibly low in violence when compared to the extremity of the first two.

Total - 33.5/50
