Via video link Andrew interviewed former archbishop of Cape Town, Desmond Tutu, about the current dire situation in Zimbabwe and the sham elections that have just happened and what can be done by the international community to help the people of Zimbabwe. Daily Mail columnist Allison Pearson, and broadcaster Sir Gerry Robinson, reviewed the Sunday news papers with Andrew Marr. Via video link from York Minster, the Most Reverend John Sentamu, Archbishop of York, spoke to Andrew about the sham elections in Zimbabwe and what can be done to remove Mugabe from power and help the people of Zimbabwe. Andrew spoke to Foreign Office Minister Lord Malloch Brown about the sham elections in Zimbabwe and the difficult diplomatic situation this is causing both in Africa and the wider world.
