Steven Raichlen, the chef on these episodes does a great job showing a few ideas on how to barbecue. He tends to be a bit gourmet at times, but his cooking techniques can be used by anyone. I love the back drop of where this is shot in Rio Rico, Arizona just south of Tucson Arizona.
If you want to have a few more ideas on how to cook, watch his episodes. I will have them all watched shortly. I watch him on public television here in San Diego, California. He is also the author of several barbecue books, including "The Barbecue Bible". IMDb won't let me name his website ( or any website), but you can easily find it entering his name on Googgle or similar search engine.
