Brad Dourif, Catherine Hicks, Tom Holland, Ed Gale, David Kirschner, John Lafia, Don Mancini, Chris Sarandon, Kevin Yagher and Alex Vincent are among the people interviewed for this making of documentary on CHILD'S PLAY, the 1988 killer doll film.
As you can see, we've got an archival interview with the director, the original screenwriter, the man who helped with a re-write as well as cast members and people who worked on the special effects so this is a very well detailed documentary. The most fascinating aspect is early on when we hear from the writers and especially Mancini who discusses his original screenplay and how different it was from what made it to the screen. Another interesting aspect deals with working with the mechanical Chucky and the various things that had to be done in order to make it look real.
