Continuity

When Azkadellia is asking her men how DG managed to elude them, she's seated in her chair with her legs beneath one of the arms of the chair, with her hand resting on it and her other elbow resting on the arm that she's leaning back again. A split second later, with no time for her to have shifted position, she's sitting upright and facing straight ahead with her hands in her lap.

When being interrogated, Lylo simply tells Azkadellia of a "glimmer of light in the darkness." When General Lonot breaks his way into the Farmhouse and holds a gun to Hank, his question is asking where "she" is as opposed to "it." We're then shown a scene shortly after of him reporting to Azkadellia about the source of the light being a girl, meaning he actually didn't know beforehand despite the choice of word in his question to Hank.

When the Eastern guild fighters capture D.G. right after she arrives in the O.Z., Red Katt's spiked headband switches varyingly from being slightly to the right side of his face paint, to the left side of his face paint.

When D.G. and Glitch come upon the holographic loop of the Cain family being beaten by the Longcoats, the first two shots of Wyatt show no kerchief in the breast pocket of his leather vest. The next three shots are as follows: kerchief visible, corner points straight up. Kerchief visible, corner hanging over. Kerchief visible, corner pointing straight up. Then the rest of the shots show the kerchief with the corner hanging over.

When Wyatt Cain was just rescued and pulling out the Holographic Time Loop, it looks as if his ring is untouched by everything marring his skin.

Crew or equipment visible

When Azkadellia kills General Lonot, crew members are clearly seen in her gold shoulder armor; including someone resting back in a chair leaning to one side, like a director might.

Factual errors

Wyatt Cain has a cylinder (revolving chamber) gun, and fired off either eleven or twelve shots during the Papei chase (one possible shot was amidst a lot of other loud noise, when they reached the river bank). Quick cylinder gun research showed that the gun with the highest chamber count was nine, and I doubt Wyatt Cain had/brought extra bullets. Even with this being a fantasy world, the cylinder would have to be pretty big to hold thirteen shots; which would include the bullet used to shoot Cain at the end of the first episode.

Miscellaneous

When Lylo tells Azkadellia about the "presence, a glimmer of light, in the darkness" all you see in the vision screen is the outside of the farmhouse - no people. Az says "find this light, and extinguish it." However, when General Lonot and his men break into the house, he sticks up Dad and says "where is she?" They had no way of knowing the light was D.G. It wasn't until they got back after the storm, and told her, that Az even knew "the light" was a girl.

Plot holes

When DG and Glitch first meet in the cage, Glitch introduces himself but DG doesn't. Moments later, as DG is escaping from the cage, Glitch shouts out her name, despite not being told what it was.

Revealing mistakes

When they are forced to jump off the cliff to escape their pursuers, Raw's outfit lifts up to show the actor's midriff when he jumps (more specifically, his belly button).
