Episode 3 opens with some post-elimination drinking by the Green Team. Mr. Boston, Heat and a slurrific Destiney discuss the strength of the Stallionaires and the need to break into that alliance.

The Entertainer tells us he's interested in Destiney but isn't "a man that's going to step on anybody's toes" and therefore will respect her relationship with Heat.

We next touch base with the Gold Team and get an update on the budding relationship between Heather and 12 Pack. "Kissing 12 Pack was really hot," Heather tells us, though she voices concerns about the relationship affecting her game.

The following morning the phone rings and Craig Jackson gives our teams instructions for their challenge for the episode. New team captains are going to be selected, with the new captain dividing the team into pairs. But no team uniforms today, as this challenge "is gonna be a mouthful."

The Entertainer is given the captain nod for the Gold Team, saying the honor means he will have to "get his game face on" and "give 110 percent to my team." Mr. Boston will be his counterpart for the Green, primarily due to his win in the last challenge. Pairs are selected without incident, and both teams are expecting the very worst in gross-out cuisine.

Craig welcomes the teams to a Mexican café of some sort where we're told, to the shock of most, that the first challenge is a going to be a kiss-off based on a stunt from Flavor of Love. The pair which kisses for the longest time earns the win for their team and any couple not attempting a smooch disqualifies their entire team.

Immediately everyone turns to the Green Team pairing of Chance and Mr. Boston, the lone couple featuring two men. Homophobic Chance is bothered by the arrangement and, after being taunted by Gold Team members with the prospect of a video making its way to gossip shows and the internet, refuses even the quick peck that would have kept his team alive.

This results in a verbal sparring between Chance and Heat, followed by Destiney coming to her man's rescue. Destiney then becomes emotional and is comforted by The Entertainer rather than an aloof Heat.

Much more important is that we get Real's take on his brother's decision not to kiss Mr. Boston, a piece of TV magic that can be paraphrased as: "I understand why Chance wouldn't do it. The other team is an immoral group of strippers and porn stars that are used to having sex with goats." He also used at least two words I'm fairly certain he made up on the spot.

Back at the house Destiney tells Heat of her displeasure with his not coming to her rescue. Heat has little to say and it takes the length of the commercial break for The Entertainer to tell he is now dating Destiney. Mr. Boston, 12 Pack and Megan engage in an almost unintelligible strategy session, which leads to a flirting between the latter two. The Entertainer confronts Heat about any feelings he may have towards Destiney, with Heat saying virtually nothing.

12 Pack and Megan get a little too close over (shocker!) a few drinks, a fact which she brings to the attention of Heather. Megan plays innocent, Heather and 12 Pack yell at one another, and The Entertainer thinks it's just typical Megan shenanigans.

The Green Team now goes to The Vault with its choice being to select a bottom three or give that decision to the Paymaster, in this case The Entertainer. Nobody can agree on anything, so The Entertainer will have dinner and drinks with the three he chooses.

The general consensus is the The Entertainer should try and get rid of the strongest players, somebody like Whiteboy. To the chagrin of most he ends up going with Megan, Heat and Mr. Boston, with whom he will have an information-gathering lunch meeting, or 'Power Outing.'

The Power Outing is classic I.L.M., replete with bottles of wine and Mr. Boston forcing himself to vomit in the hopes of drawing sympathy. Heat and The Entertainer discuss Destiney for the second time in the show, and Heat claiming again he is cool with their new relationship.

It is elimination time and Mr. Boston is quickly the first to be told he is safe. The Entertainer admits that he felt bad for the "sick" Mr. Boston and that is played into the decision.

Megan and Heat are left, with the battle seeming to be between the trouble-maker vs. the competition for Destiney's affections. Craig asks to whom The Entertainer will give the next check. "The next check goes to Heat," he says, meaning Megan will be going ho--no wait, hold the phone. After a dramatic pause (and after allowing Heat to walk up to claim his check) The Entertainer snidely adds: "Heat. . . my decision is for you to leave tonight."

Jaws drop all over the place. Whiteboy and Chance exchange a "What the hell?" look and Destiney looks thoroughly confused. The Entertainer adds a few disingenuous thoughts about how difficult the day must have been for Heat, who then mumbles through a few drunken parting words. Destiney tells us she didn't like Heat anymore, so perhaps this development is for the best.

The last word comes from Whiteboy, who tells us he is now the No. 1 target on the show. Whiteboy is under the impression both the Gold Team and his own team are after him and adds: "It's starting to get real real right now. Real real."

Le mot juste, Whiteboy. Le mot juste.
