Storyline

SRU recruit Sam proves himself a fabulous marksman, but needs procedural training on the job. Widower Jack Swanson is ecstatic as his daughter Phoebe is finally paged to receive a life-saving transplant heart in hospital. When administrator Krupchik tells them the computer gave priority to an older patient, Jack flips and takes hostages. Trigger-happy Sam is given drinks duty, fellow father Gregory Parker negotiates.
