"I can't keep looking into his eyes, knowing that he's thinking of you"
16 September 2008 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

The tone of this is horribly, hopelessly wrong. We're apparently supposed to see it as a husband choosing his wife over the woman he loves and said wife abandoning him.In fact, it's about a couple who are having an affair in every sense except the actual deed messing about with a vulnerable woman and then acting all superior about it. They stare misty-eyed at each other. They have a ridiculously over the top silent movie farewell scene that seems to last about a third of the episode. And then Libby has the audacity to lord it over Sam for her behaviour as if it's not what she wants.Sam, love, you're better off without him.

Elsewhere, Paul continues to prove Elle wrong by showing that even without money and power he's still rotten to the core, whilst Harold drops a few more hints about what he's been up to recently without actually telling us anything concrete. You cringe every time Lou opens his mouth and annoys him into shutting up.
