...and it was actually rather entertaining. Buffoonery for sure, but it definitely knows what it is and how to keep jokes culturally relevant. This is highlighted by Liz at one point, using her parenting knowledge gained from 'The Sims' to advise Jack, who seems utterly clueless. Hilarious! The storyline with Tracy and his 'son' Donald really backs up Jack's quest to find his father very well. The appearance of Alan Alda was a welcome surprise too.
Another laugh came in the form of Liz seizing an opportunity to out-do Jenna at a photo shoot.
Overall, a good episode and I reckon I may sit down and watch some more of 30 Rock in the future. 7/10
