Trivia

When the new 888 knocks at the door of 8 year old Mark Bledell's house and ventilates the door, he is armed with the .45 AMT Hardballer Longslide with the laser sight from The Terminator (1984). The laser is not shown functioning as it required a separate power source which was run inside Arnold Schwarzenegger's M-65 field jacket. See more »

Ridiculous

Derek plants claymores in the woods around the school where the students go running? Really? Yeah, great idea. Also, how the frak is he walking around with that .50 caliber Sniper rifle? That is a highly specialized, extremely dangerous weapon (officially banned from use against humans because it does so much damage) and one that you absolutely do not carry around patrolling a military school crosscountry course - and they just hand it to the new guy (who gets the job without formal experience) and have him walking around with it? Also, lucky no students went running.

Oh, and the whole kidnapping a little boy thing works well with the "keep a low profile" strategy. Plus, the little guy was pretty cool about a cyborg trying to kill him and being abducted.

I appreciate the show for its tone, but this was just too much.
