Dumb verging on dumber
Most of Stills & Mills' lesbian porn output covering six years (since their early Web Young output) consists of vignette, but this 3-part "miniseries", preserved in DVD form, is an unsuccessful foray into longer-form Adult entertainment.
With a lousy screenplay by 3X West, it presents a banal premise, poorly developed. Namely, in line with much of Bree Mills' work, presenting within Lesbian cinema a separatist agenda, we have a bride (Charlotte Stokely) to be undermined at her traditional bachelorette party by her best friend and maid of honor (Kira Noir) in a successful attempt to put the kybosh on the upcoming (heterosexual) nuptials.
So the rather phony depiction of the party has a female (buxom Jade Baker) rather than male stripper show up (Kira's scheme) and have explicit sex with Stokely, while the femme guests remain in frame watching and kibbutzing. It's quite different from traditional cuckold porn in which the humiliated husband iis present in frame during the act of cuckolding but serves a similar function vis a vis the porn viewer's reaction.
Second segment features an angry Jade showing up at Kira's office demanding her pay for "extras", which I presumed to mean the sexual servicing (in public) of Charlotte beyond the basic striptease routine, but instead we find is the performing same for a videotape Kira secretly made to use against Charlotte. This underhanded Kira plot carries little to no weight in 3X's contrived script, as instead the focus is on the quality of the IR Kira/Jade sex. Significantly, scene has a similar audience-manipulation porn cliche of the sex taking place while pretty co-worker Bobbi Dylan is aware, more of an audio voyeur (oxymoron?) than visually taking in the sex action.
Finale is the confrontation between Kira and Charlotte in which Kira comes clean, explaining her motive was love, with the inherent threat of the tape becoming public which would cause Charlotte's fiance to cancel the marriage. For a phony happy ending, Stokely realizes Kira is her true love (despite her Machiavellian behavior right out of the Steve Bannon dirty tricks playbook), they have sex, and no more males for dear Charlotte.
Copout, often the case in lesser Stills & Mills productions, is that the sex saves all, a stipulation I am unwilling to concede.
