Roman treats his girl to a romantic dinner in the new Pier diner. Jack is desperate to read Cooper's letter Sam was the brains behind Shane's drug dealing. He still gives her a 12 hours head start to run, without Rory. At Tony's reunion, Jazz's lies make him the braggers' envy. He tolerates no jokes at Rachel's expense, until he's drunk enough to be put in bed by Jazz, but still remains faithful. Back home after a tearful night, Jack finds Sam still there, with a last crushing announcement. Written by
So, Jack finally finds out what Sam's been up to-and so do we, as the secret Johnny's been hinting about for weeks is at last revealed. He doesn't deal with it in the best way possible, getting smashed and handing Sam the letter that incriminates her.And that revelation at the end...either Sam's lying or it's ridiculously convenient.
Martha and Roman get a chance to spend some time together and even though the relationship's obviously doomed they do have a decent chemistry.Jazz being mistaken for an escort is a nice bit of humour and not too far off the mark. It's nice that despite everything Tony isn't willing to let her bad mouth Rachel. And at least she has the sense to back off when she realises things have gone too far.
