Quotes

Ramon Prado: I was also hoping I could speak with a couple of your previous witnesses.
Debra Morgan: Speak with? As in we didn't do it right the first time?
Ramon Prado: Cases evolve. Witnesses change their stories, junior personnel, they make mistakes.
[to Debra]
Ramon Prado: No disrespect.
Joey Quinn: Oh, whoa! Actually that's a lot of disrespect. You've come into our house twice, you not only insult our police work, now you're insulting one of the most dedicated officers I've ever partnered with
[to Debra]
Joey Quinn: Yes, you. It's bullshit, my man!

Paradox Personified – Taking and Creating Life
19 January 2011 | by (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) – See all my reviews

Dexter and Miguel go to a golf club and the ADA tells Dexter that his hands are tied by the law in a case of Ethan Turner, a killer that has murdered his wife to get her money and disposed her body in international waters while sailing. The criminal has escaped from justice for lack of evidence. Dexter concludes that Ethan meets his code and targets him as his next victim. Meanwhile, Rita and Syl begin a house hunting and Dexter argues with Rita. Debra is investigating the disappearance of Freebo with the confidential informant Anton and they meet the junky Tilly that tells about the boy Wendell, Freebo's watchman that saw Dexter. Ramon becomes the liaison between his department and Miami Metro in the investigation of a murder case and Masuka wins the respect of his team with his observations about the crime. Dexter tells that will go fishing in Mercy Reef but heads to Bimini in a Caribbean cruise instead hunting down Ethan Turner. When Rita has a medical emergency, Miguel can not reach him and sends the US Coast Guard to seek him out in Mercy Reef. When Miguel is informed that Ethan Turner, he connects the dots and concludes that Dexter is a vigilante.

"Turning Biminese" is another great episode of Dexter, where he concludes that he is a paradox personified, taking and creating life. Masuka's feelings are hurt with his colleagues in the Miami Metro, but he wins respect with his efficient expertise and attitude against the arrogant Ramon. Debra seems to have a crush on Anton and the needy Miguel has a weird encounter with the undercover detective. But the best part of the show is the conclusion of Miguel about Dexter's double life. My vote is nine.
