Bobby Flay and Brooklynite Henry Tenney grill lamb two ways. Bobby prepares curry-crusted leg of lamb with a pomegranate raita and saffron-basmati-rice salad, while Henry grills Middle Eastern-style leg of lamb and grilled stuffed zucchini.
