A delightful tour of the bizarre and contradictions in modern day India
6 November 2008 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

Paul Merton as always entertains us with his wit and rye observations in all four corners of India. Jet setting around the major cities and areas that are off the beaten track, we see our Paul get to grips with the truly strange and comical, to parts where poverty and harshness of life raises it's ugly head.See Film Makers create silly films for less then £500 quid,Trannies forcing money from poor old shop keepers,or they strip their clothes off!To many Record breaking novices who are obsessed with breaking new world records in much about everything! Never too thought provoking or judge mental of Indian society, this series is a delight, showing many surprising and more often then not, uplifting aspects in India going through change from the old visions conjured up from the past.
