Storyline

In the opening segment, ring announcer Lillian Garcia sings "God Save the Queen," with a stoic General Manager King William Regal standing at her side. Regal then cuts a promo denouncing the fans' "disrespect" as of late and then attempts to throw two people - who turn out to be members of Mickie James' family - out of the arena. James comes to ringside to protest, but Regal responds by threatening to strip her of her WWE Women's Title. John Cena intervenes, and then reads e-mails from fans who protested Regal's recent actions in regards to turning out the lights during matches. Regal, after promising not to turn the lights out tonight, announces a match pitting Cena vs. Randy Orton, and (in response to Cena's concern that JBL will interfere) that anyone who interferes would be suspended. The segment ends with Cena cutting a pro-American promo and having Garcia sing "R-E-S-P-E-C-T."
