Hot tub Time Machine is a comedy film based on a script by American screenwriters Josh Heald, Jarrad Paul, and Sean Anders.

White buffalo are buffalo that are considered to be sacred signs in several Native American religions and, thus, have great spiritual importance in those cultures and are visited for prayer and other religious ceremonies. In the movie a whispered reference is made to the Great White Buffalo that alludes to a potential mate that could be "The One". Adam spots Jenny with a new boyfriend already on the same night they broke up. When Adam pulls Jenny to the side, he tries to get her back by saying she is his "Great White Buffalo," implying that it was Jenny who is "The One."

It's called 'True' by Spandau Ballet. The rest of songs with their corresponding scenes can be found here.

The unrated version contains scene extensions. A little more naked skin is shown here, which is regular in this kind of comedy. The rest of the differences are made up of additional dialogue. A detailed comparison between both versions with pictures can be found here.
