Storyline

Wally Walrus snubs Woody Woodpecker when he asks for some food. But when Woody learns that Wally is hiding his food in anticipation of an IRS audit, he poses as an agent for the Internal Food Revenue Service and steals everything Wally is hiding... A snooty polar bear refuses to eat meat. But Chilly Willy is so cold he's willing to use the bear's tongue as a blanket and snuggle up in his mouth. The hungry polar bear tries to resist his primal urges and a grumbling stomach... A cockroach moves into Woody's treehouse, but the moocher becomes the mooched.
