Storyline

After highlights are shown of King William Regal's ill-fated coronation ceremony, and Regal's subsequent "forcing" Raw off the air last week, WWE owner Vince McMahon defends Regal's actions as "visionary." Regal then addresses the crowd, and when they refuse to stop their catcalls, he momentarily orders the lights turned off. Shortly after the lights are brought up again, Kennedy comes out and demands a match. Later, Triple H comes out and tells Regal that he erred last week when he ordered his WWE championship match stopped vs. Randy Orton. Regal responds by forcing Triple H and Kennedy to team in a handicapped match vs. the 14-man ECW roster. Chris Jericho visits Regal's office, contending that Shawn Michaels was faking his knee injuries. Regal assures him that if that's the case, he'll have no problems teaming with him as they battle The Miz and John Morrison.
