Storyline

Suzanna Reid read the latest news headlines and Matt Taylor forecast the Weather. Daily Mail Columnist Amanda Platell, Author & Journalist Lionel Shriver, and The Daily Mirror associate editor Kevin Maguire reviewed the Sunday news papers with Andrew Marr. Dr. Liam Fox MP spoke to Andrew about the recent Conservative party victories in local elections and the London Mayoral elections and where the party goes from here. Actress Jane Horrocks talked to Andrew about her latest theatre production, a political drama, which is a big departure from her comedy roles for which she is known. In a wide-ranging interview, the Prime Minister Gordon Brown MP, spoke to Andrew about the recent election defeats and where he and the Labour government can go from here! The Prime Minister re-iterated his determination to do the job, to continue with his policies and push forward regardless of the current difficulties to bring the country through this time of economic strife.
