Storyline

Castiel schedules a meeting with Dean in his dream but when the Winchester brothers arrive at the location, they find that Castiel has gone. His vessel is actually Jimmy Novak, a religious middle-class man from Illinois that has no recollections of the Castiel's memories. Dean and Sam try to persuade him to stay as he could endanger his family but Jimmy sneaks out and travels to reunite with his wife and daughter. Written by Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Trivia

Deans line about "wishing the angels to the cornfield" is in fact a reference to the movie "Field of Dreams". The players were seen as angels by the children, and appeared from the cornfields behind the outfield. See more »

Goofs

When Sam and Dean are going after Jimmy in the Impala they appear to be alone, but moments later Anna appears in the backseat. If you look closely in between the actors, before Anna appears, you can see the shoulder of the actress in the backseat meaning she was in the car the entire time and did not appear out of thin air as angels usually do. Misha Collins is the best supporting actor of the year .. hands down!
2 May 2009 | by (Away) – See all my reviews

This episode was insanely amazing, Misha Collins was terrific like always, I totally fell in love with his performance.

and This episode is a great setup for the up coming two final episodes which I think it will be defiantly finale "like season 1 finale".

I'm not sure about Julie McNiven's character "Anna", I don't think she's adding something to the events. I guess her work is done many episodes ago.

The only character which I think is very needed to be in the finale is John "Jeffrey Dean Morgan" he's really a powerful actor and very important to be around when his boys are in danger and as a big fan of the show I can say : I miss you man! That's it :)
