A dog finds a desiccated hand in the woodlands bordering a park. When the canine brings the hand to his masters who are enjoying a picnic, Boyd and his cold case team are soon called in to investigate. Further pieces of the related body are later found after an exhaustive search, and attempts to identify the victim eventually lead the team to a nearby military base. Written by Chuck 213
