Jeremy encourages Mark to start dating again and sets him up with Heather, whom he gets on well with and decides she's "the one." Jeremy is told by an ex-girlfriend he may have chlamydia, but uses this as excuse to get close to the now single again Big Suze. Did You Know?
As the thieves are leaving with Mark and Jeremy's TV, one says to Mark "Fuck off, clean-shirt." He is played by the same actor who played the tormenting little hooligan kid who calls Mark "Clean Shirt" in the first ever episode. It's possible this could be the same character, grown up. See more
Paula tells Jeremy that she's been diagnosed with chlamydia and that he might want to get tested. She says it's usually symptomless. However in series 3, episode 4 "Sistering", he already has symptomless chlamydia (it is revealed in a conversation with Mark's sister). Although he could have gotten rid of it with antibiotics in the time between the episodes. See more
