There are several sexual scenes with random women without actually showing any nudity or anything graphic. The first is sexual breathing and bare legs of the two are shown in the background of a scene. Another scene of a woman's foot on a bathroom sink with her panties and more heavy breathing. A third random sexual scene at a hotel.

In the Unrated version a topless woman is shown riding a man. It is filmed from the man's point of view and although the camera is blurred, you can see nipples and bouncing breasts.

A man is lying dead on the sofa with some cuts and bruises on his body. He had been tortured beforehand, only the aftermath is shown

The main character fights a group of men. Some blood.

A woman grabs a child who is ice skating, she swings the girl which cuts the man's face with the ice skates. A very large cut is on his face and is seen later in the film.

Two men pursue another man around his apartment and try to kill him.

A man is pushed through a window with a piano and is killed after being impaled on the glass. There is a lot of blood present.

A man pushes another man up against a roller door asking for money.

Characters are shot, stabbed and killed, with blood.

A man drinks some another man's blood.

In the theatrical version there is one use of fuck. In the unrated version fuck is used 7 times.

The whole movie is about how the main character has become a genius by abusing a drug, we see him abusing it throughout the movie.

There are many moments where the main character experienced withdrawals from the substance he was taking.

There are some casual drinking and smoking scenes.

The main character drinks the blood of someone so that he could use the drug that the dead man injected moments before his death.

Throughout the movie there are many psychedelic camera scenes that can make some people dizzy or sick.
