Which Way Now? Is such a underrated episode, Rusty was out of character, but he does have a reason to do so, he doesn't want to disappoint Sir Topham Hatt, who is both the controller of the north western railway, and the chairman of the entire railway, The episode does feature a three strikes formula, but a good usage of it, as it only lasts for like 5 seconds and their is variation of the strikes, the episode also has a good moral about how you shouldn't rush things, and how sometimes a mistake can be a blessing in disguise.
