Storyline

Cally (Paula Brancati) is devastated. She has tried everything to make up with Annie (Barbara Mamabolo), but nothing has worked. And now Annie has a new best friend. With only her new pet toad, Nemo, to confide in, she decides to follow Violet's example in the comic and tries out a magic spell. After all, Violet wishes she was a rock star and as a result of the spell, it comes true. In spite of Lance's (Alex House) warnings that she shouldn't mess around with it, Cally feels she has nothing to lose and takes the plunge. At first it looks like the spell actually worked. Cally finds herself the center of a group of friends and even Annie looks like she is about to come around. But when the real world and the comic world collide, her popularity spirals completely out of control and she is mobbed by a throng of adoring fans, who Cally fears will kill her with kindness if they ever get hold of her. In the meantime, Dizzy (Jonathan Malen) is feeling a bit left out in the cold by Lance and ... Written by Anonymous
