A drug-addicted mother struggles to hang onto her son. Hudson Leick does an excellent job as a drug addict hanging onto her civility. The direction and wiring are very good, and the whole cast delivers believable, honest performances.
Hudson Leick played my favorite villain on XENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS back in the 1990s. She was the malicious, beautiful, and blood-thirsty CALLISTO, who dreamt to have Xena's title and glory as a warrior princess. She was feisty, deadly, and smart - everything you could ask from a villain on a kids' show. I am glad to see she is still turning out great work.
Check this film out for a short, but sweet experience.
