Why are they still making these movies?, 28 August 2008
1/10
Author: DarkKnight35 from United States

Just one question: Why are they still making these movies?...Anyone? Seriously, why do they insist on making more of this garbage? Does this studio not have any dignity? They could have stopped a long time ago and said: "Okay, we screwed up, lets not make any more of these horrendous movies...Nope! Let's make more!". These movies are complete garbage. Date Movie, Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans, Superhero Movie, and now Disaster Movie. All of these movies are so bad, that when you finish watching them you are thinking: "Wow, I cannot believe that I have just wasted an hour and a half of my life on this garbage". In all seriousness, a monkey could have put this together, actually, I think a monkey did make these movies. Because they are just completely stupid, have absolutely no point, and are not in any way funny. I feel bad for writers that have good screenplays and have been turned down in order to make these movies. They could make anything, literally anything, and it will be better than this.

By the way, let's ask ourselves what genre does this fall under? They are not funny, so they can't be comedies. They have no point, so that rules out calling them good movies. What are they? GARBAGE. Complete and total garbage. If there ever was such a thing as film pollution, these movies would perfectly define it. A complete waste of time and film. I want to know how they make these and expect people to like them and find them funny. There is absolutely no reasonable explanation for making these movies. They are an insult to film-making. It really is depressing to think that they have no other movies that can be made instead of these.
