Continuity

When Assistant Director Vance and Gibbs are in the elevator, Tony says that he, Ziva and McGee will take the stairs. There is no interruption in the elevator's ascent, but when the doors open, Tony, Ziva and McGee are already at their desks. Its unlikely that they would have beaten the elevator.

When Jenny he is at the funeral at the start of the episode, she is taking pictures of a man with a Blackberry 8830 smart phone, but that device does not have a camera. Then later while receiving a call it showed her looking at a Palm Treo smart phone's screen, but when she answers and while she is talking, it magically turns into a Blackberry 8830 again. And then finally when Jenny is on the floor, and Tony sees Gibbs calling on Jenny's Cell, it's once again a Palm Treo Smartphone.

Revealing mistakes

When Mark Harmon speaks Russian on the phone, he is obviously reading (with difficulty) from a written phonetic rendition on the desk in front of him.

The handgun Jenny re-assembles in the diner is not a real Sig P228. None of the movements she makes, has anything to do with the assembly of the real weapon.

Spoilers

The goof item below may give away important plot points.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

The final shots in the diner shoot-out, fired by Mike Franks, were supposed to have been fired by a .45 cal 1911 pistol, but the shots sound like shotgun blasts, rather than .45 cal rounds.
