Aquarian Age (2008)
29 December 2011 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

Black winged angels looks awesome on the cover of this film. Shame it's a load of ol' balls on about every level. I should have taken a notebook for this exposition heavy nightmare. Despite the 80 minute long explanation of what is going on, I still had no idea what any of this was about. It seemed as though I had missed a previous film, even though nothing actually happens in this film. That is no exaggeration. The film doesn't even have a climax, it ends with people lining up for a battle and then cuts to black. The film has no action, just talking. Scenes of people sitting around and explaining things to characters as confused as the audience. It's poorly shot, being severely under-lit, and the editing is choppy. The "effects" could be created by any free to download program from the web. So, no excitement, no story, no sense, and no conclusion. An absolute waste of 83 minutes, and I've seen Old Dogs.
