Fun Stuff
Trivia:
At the end, Peter is sentenced to only a week in jail - this is so that he'll be out in exactly one week's time - in other words, in time for the next episode. Ironically, this joke didn't work out as well as the producers had planned - a new episode didn't air for nearly two months after this one.

Goofs:
Factual errors: When Peter goes to court for blowing up the Childrens Hospital, you will see the American Flag to the judge's right and a blue flag to his left. The state flag of Rhode Island isn't blue, it has a white background with an anchor in the middle saying "Hope".

Tales of a Third Grade Nothing was a let down. It wasn't really that funny.
Peter wants a promotion as an executive at the Pawtucket brewery. His boss, Angela is impressed by his improvement at work and recommends an open executive spot for him. But, it i revealed that he never finished the third grade. The only way he can get the promotion is to school and pass the third grade. Meanwhile, Frank Sinatra Jr. comes back to town to perform with Brian at the Quahog Cabana Club. They buy the establishment and let Stewie transform it into a modern dance club called pLace. This wasn't really a good episode. It could have been way better than that. Season 7 has been terrible so far. This episode was pretty disappointing. 6/10
