Two sisters were tank tops that can reveal subtle cleavage.

At a party/gig, we can see gothic girls wearing quite short skirts, corsets etc.

The movie is VERY bloody. Some of the kills are CGI, but still strong.

A girl cuts her wrists in an attempt to lure a man away from her sister.

Several people are clubbed to death with a Blacksmith's hammer.

A few brief profanities such as two uses of fuck, one use of dick, a few uses of damn and hell, and one use of bitch

Some implied drug use.

Some scenes are quite intense including chase scenes across a desert.

The man with a pig mask can be quite frightening as can the woman from the reception desk.

The cult members are also quite unsettling, particularly the priest/leader.

A scene were one of the sisters is captured is also quite intense.

The scene where the older sister cuts along her vein with a piece of glass to lure the man with the pig mask away from her sister is difficult to watch.
