It is a documentary film that shows the reality of Brazil's independent movie making industry through a feature film called "Quarta B", which was produced with only US$ 15,000 and received the first prize by way of popular vote at São Paulo International Film Festival in 2005. Though the context is rather saddening, the documentary shows - in a humorous light - the drama to produce the film over four years. Several well-known directors and producers in Brazil have given their feedback and words of wisdom on screen - names such as Fernando Meirelles, Ugo Giorgetti, Jose Belmonte, Alexandre Stockler, Theodoro Fontes and Marçal Souza just to name a few.
