After a fortune-teller tells Bella she'll die alone unless she finds and reconquers the right man among her exes within the year, she gradually works trough the fairly long list. Bella's neighbors, confidants and virtual house-mates, 'Augie' Augustine and Cyrus, as well as her kid sister Daphne, her fiancé Marty as well as their dad, Navy veteran Jimmy, all try to advise and assess the recycled candidates. For being a comedy, it didn't make me laugh that much. But still it was quite entertaining and the actors put in a good performance.
Regardless if the story is very new or the punchline's not that frequent, it still felt positive to watch. Sometimes it's probably down to the simple fact that the chemistry between the people on screen has to feel true. If that's the case, then it works and it actually did.
It will be interesting to see how they will let the characters evolve and what kind of situations they will put the "heroine" in. Maybe it can be seen more as a "feel good" comedy that the typical "laugh out loud" type. On that terms, it's quite a good show.
