In the scene where Carl Williams is set to assassinate Mark Moran in front of his home, Mark is seen leaving his garage whilst wheeling two bins. The small red bin is for general garbage disposal and the yellow bin is for the recycling of plastic. These bins were not introduced into the Victorian Local sanitation commission until July 1st 2004, though in fact Mark Moran was gunned down before that date. See more »
