So, endgame for Corey in a tightly packed and tightly plotted episode. It's good to see Jack finally piecing things together, even if his emotions do get the better of him in places, giving Corey a warning instead of letting the police catch him unawares. There's some nice material for Barry and Hayley as they face up to the fact that they've been getting it wrong all along. And a very vulnerable performance from Lynne McGranger as an Irene pushed to the brink and beyond but finally finding some release here.
The final confrontation with Corey in the bush is actually quite good, even if he does suddenly gain amazing feats of escapology in order to lurch back to life, and Jack and Martha are quite resourceful in overcoming him.His last scene isn't a particular good exit though, giving the impression this isn't quite the last we've seen of him.
