A few people are seen wearing underwear when they wake up from hyper sleep. [~0:03:24 and later]

A man is recalling a memory of his wife, we see her laying on a bed wearing nothing but a long t-shirt, it covers her butt but her bare legs are shown including her upper thighs. When the camera zooms in the outline of her nipples can be seen under her shirt.

Mutated semi-human creatures are briefly shown having a mass orgy, nothing graphic but they're clearly having sex. [1:18:40+]

One of the survivors is a woman who wears a tight, low cut top that has some holes in it on the upper part of her left breast, however only small patches of skin are seen through them. There are a few scenes where she is seen from overhead, giving us a good look down her shirt where the tops of her breasts are visible.

A man is shown shortly after waking up, he is naked and the side of his buttock is briefly seen.

A woman's buttock possibly seen through rip in pants. [~1:17:53]

This movie does not contain many particularly graphic gorey scenes, but it does have some bloody sci-fi violence and disturbing imagery.

A man engages in a fight with one of the creatures. He is rammed into a wall and the creature starts eating his side. He pulls a spike off of the creature and stabs it to death. A child creature then kills the man by slashing his throat.

A creature attacks a group of people. They are thrown and slammed around by the creature. The creature is slashed numerous times, and finally stabbed to death.

A creature is blasted with a non-lethal wrist laser weapon.

A man is captured by one of the creatures, a cable is wrapped around his chest and he is dragged away. We then see the creature hanging the man from the ceiling and more creatures appear and gather around him. The first creature proceeds to use a large blade to slice the man's lower abdomen open causing his intestines to spill out, which are then eaten by the creatures, but this is only shown for a few seconds.

A man is caught in a booby trap and eaten by creatures. One stabs him in the head with a large spear like weapon.

A man is stabbed in the eye with a needle (graphic).

A man eats some alive locusts (the actor actually eats them, real scene, not simulated).

A man awakens from hyper sleep and is eaten by creatures.

There are several fist fights between humans.

Fuck is said 36 times. Motherfucker is said twice. Goddamn a couple of times.

There is some swearing in German.

The entire movie is very frantic, disturbing and scary, and contains several frightening and jumpy scenes, many set in dark and/or narrow places. This is an extremely claustrophobic, distorted and psychological movie, and has an uncomfortable feel to it.

The creatures are frightening and horrifying. They constantly stalk crew members of the ship, and there are lots of fighting with and tearing apart of victims.

Certain characters are psychotic and mentally unstable, and some hallucinations and mental imbalance scenes skew the viewer's perspective.
