When it's revealed that the presidential elections demand a recount and Ronald goes back on a promise to Coop, Coop runs against him for Student Council President. With Coop dying in the polls, he discovers some dirt on Ronnie and though he doesn't use it against Ronald publically, he ensures Ronald does right by Coop and the rest of Banting's students as president. Meanwhile, Jordy discovers honesty isn't always the best policy when she decides to tell the truth and nothing but at home. And when Rusty discovers his Scottish ancestry doesn't go back as far as he thought, Tara convinces him he can now pick his own ancestry... and he eventually chooses to be a Scot.
