Four friends are forced to enter an out of town junk-yard and throughout the night it's all hell and bullets as the local sheriff's men and the kids fight the mysterious killer that is stalking them one-by-one.
This is a really, really weird short film and it was just recently posted on IMDb for viewing. The film begins on the set of a film about lions. For a key shot, they call on the services of a particular lion that is actually played by a guy wearing really, really great lion makeup and appliances (though he is supposed to be a lion--not a guy in a lion costume). After the film is completed, this lion has a strong desire to continue acting and the next segments of the film show him in human clothes going from casting call to casting call. It's all very tongue in cheek and ludicrous. After all, seeing a lion acting like a person and struggle like any beginning actor is pretty clever.
The guy pretending to be a lion did a fine job and the script is quite witty. My only problem, and it's a minor one, is that in the final credits is some harsh language--so be forewarned. An excellent and highly inventive film--I really wanna see more from these folks!
