A man tells a robot it needs to "get laid."

A man's bare buttocks are seen while he showers.

A man dreams about being in bed with his wife. She is seen laying on top of him and they are kissing, he is only wearing boxers, she is wearing a tank-top, bra and panties. They then sit up, with her straddling him, and he starts kissing her and takes off her shirt, which shows her wearing a push-up bra, the tops of her breasts are visible, she wraps her legs around him and we start to see some very light pelvic thrusting, but then the man wakes up and the dream ends.

Some people get into a fight, with bloody injuries visible afterwards.

A man is frequently shown ill, bloodied, bruised up and in poor condition with him vomiting blood a couple of times and generally seeming fragile. He also loses some teeth.

About 35 F-words, 6 scatological terms, 2 anatomical terms, 3 mild obscenities, name-calling (dorky, radioactive tampon, banana with a yeast infection, little girl, wacko, dumbo, illegal aliens), 5 religious profanities, 9 religious exclamations.

"What are you smoking?" is asked (referring to a man apparently not dealing with reality).

Someone tells someone else to take some tranquilizers.

A man says, "Let's get a drink."

There's a general sense of threat and tension throughout, especially towards the end.

The main character is shown being in worse and worse condition as the movie continues, causing him to generally look cadaverous (he is shown vomiting blood a few times).

A fight is quite bloody and disturbing in tone.

The movie has a slow pace and its plot is complex, most likely not to be enjoyed or understood by children.
