There are several scenes where men do not have shirts on

Many women are wearing clothing of the time period, and some have cleavage showing, others are dressed modestly

Many of the dead are not fully clothed or covered, but no actual nudity is shown

Graphic violence and depiction of deadly injuries in a 'medieval fashion', several scenes of torture, burnings and the aftermath of the pestilence. The rare scenes of meele combat lead to a fair number of gory shots, including dismemberment and decapitation.
