***SPOILERS*** Free-lance photographer Mike Kovac,Charles Bronson, gets himself involved in the assassination of a major middle-east leader Ibn Youseff who was on the verge of signing an historic peace agreement with the state of Israel.

It's when Kovac was about to do a photos shoot for washed up former Hollywood ex kitten Sara Castel,Virginia Fields, who's career was on the rocks that she recommends he take a few "shots" of Ibn Youseff who was staying in the hotel's next door suite adjoining her's. Before Kovac can snap a photo of Youseff he's beaten to the punch by Arab activist, who's against Youeff's policies of peace in the Middle-East, Hasaan, Eddie Saenz. Hassan blows Youseff away, who looked like he was fast asleep, with a gun hidden in his camera! To make things even worse, for Kovac, Hassan pistol whips Kovac as he enters Youseff's hotel suite, through the adjoining balcony from Miss.Castel's room, who after Hassan makes his escape Kovac is then suspected of killing the Arab leader!

It's with Miss.Castel's, who felt responsible in getting her friend Mike Kovac into this whole mess, help Kovac now a fugitive from both the local and international arm of law tracks down Yuseff's murderer through both his private secretary Idees Latef, Booth Colman, and and the killer's sister Jasmin, Genie Coree, whom Latef was having an affair with. In fact it was through Jasmin that Latef in not knowing what she and her brother were planning let Hassan into Youseff suite thinking he was going to photograph not shoot him!

***SPOILERS*** Kovac now knowing what and who's behind Youseff's murder that he in fact was framed for goes out into the open, exposing himself to being arrested by the NYPD, to prevent another planned murder on Hassan's part in the offing of the late Ibn Youseff's son Prince Halmud. The Prince is determined to carry out his late father's plan that both Hassan and his sister Jasmin are dead set against! The biggest obstacle in Kovac's way to save the Prince is for him to get to his potential killer before the police and the Prince's armed guards get to him first!
