Storyline

The investigation into the Whitewater Massacre continues and the cold case squad begins to believe that the convicted sniper, Carl Mackenzie, is innocent. It looks like the police were very selective in sifting through the evidence and ignored anything that would put into question the man's guilt. Mackenzie had always maintained that he was kidnapped by the real killer. Grace Foley learns that the family business owned by Mackenzie's fiancée, Reynold Mining, may have been involved in violence and in the past used soldiers of fortune. Mel begins to question Boyd's impartiality when she learns he has evidence that at least one of the eye witnesses manufactured his entire story. Written by garykmcd
