Excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed this episode, smart, clever and emotive. It's really been a Mel focused story, she's centre stage, and really does drive the story.
The unlikeliest of events occur, but stick with it, as they all tie together, it's very well written. So many dynamics at play, great scenes where Jason confronts his father, great scenes between Boyd and Mel.
It's intetesting when you look back, you see how Boyd changes as a character as time goes on, here, he's almost paternal towards Mel, and pally/flirty with Frankie, he would change hugely in Shadowplay. Eve would be the next character he'd attach to.
