During the decade of 1920, a doctor of a small hospital of the Mexican province, Moon (Javier Aguirre), confronts a patient of the psychiatric pavilion, Gabrielle (Ingrid Manjarréz), because she seems to dominate everything with her mind. This way, she manages to kill the president, to untie a massacre on the other side of the world, to cause Black Thursday of 1929 and to precipitate the beginning of World War II. When Gabrielle finally convinces him of her power, the doctor takes the decision to kill her before she destroys the world as its her desire, which leads to an unexpected Finale.
